Glisio is designed around local-first privacy. Your screen recordings and edited projects stay on your Mac unless you choose to share them.

What we do not collect

We do not upload, store, or analyze your screen recordings, webcam footage, or exported videos on Glisio servers. Recording and editing happen entirely on your device.

License and billing

When you purchase Glisio Pro, payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). They process your email, payment method, and billing address under their privacy policy. Glisio stores license metadata (email, key, device activations) to validate Pro access. You can manage billing from glisio.com/dashboard.

Website and waitlist

If you join the Windows waitlist, we collect your email address solely to notify you about product updates.

Updates and analytics

The desktop app may check for updates over the internet. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Optional future services

If we later offer optional cloud or AI features, those will be off by default. We will update this policy before sending your media, transcripts, or prompts to our servers or a model provider, and we will ask for consent where required. Core recording, editing, and export stay on your Mac unless you opt in.
