By downloading or using Glisio ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
Glisio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or commercial screen recording and editing, subject to your plan. Recording, editing, and export are available on the Free plan. Free exports are limited to 30 seconds and include a Glisio watermark. Full-length, watermark-free export requires Glisio Pro (Lifetime or Monthly).
Plans and Lifetime
Glisio Pro Lifetime and Glisio Pro Monthly unlock the same Pro desktop app: full-length watermark-free export and the core Mac recorder and editor listed on glisio.com/pricing. Lifetime is a one-time payment for perpetual Pro access on up to 3 Macs. It is not a subscription and does not renew. You also receive updates to those core Pro features for as long as we offer the Mac app.
Lifetime does not include future products, cloud services, or optional add-ons we may introduce, including usage-based or server-side AI. Those may be sold separately. We will not move existing Pro desktop features you already paid for behind a new paywall.
One Pro entitlement applies per customer email. Buying Lifetime on an email with an active monthly plan cancels that subscription so you are not billed twice. A Lifetime license holder cannot also keep a monthly plan on the same email.
Subscriptions and billing
Glisio Pro is billed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Monthly plans can be cancelled from your Glisio account at glisio.com/dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation. Refunds follow Lemon Squeezy's refund policy.
Your content
You retain all rights to recordings and exports you create. Glisio processes media locally on your device and does not claim ownership of your content.
