Terms of Service

By downloading or using Glisio ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

Glisio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or commercial screen recording and editing, subject to your plan. Recording, editing, and export are available on the Free plan. Free video exports are limited to 30 seconds and include a Glisio watermark. Free snapshot export is 1× with a watermark. Full-length, watermark-free video and high-res snapshots require Glisio Pro (Lifetime or Pro+). Purchases are tied to a Glisio account.

Plans and Lifetime

Glisio Pro Lifetime and Glisio Pro+ (monthly) unlock the Pro desktop app: full-length watermark-free export and the core Mac recorder and editor listed on glisio.com/pricing. Lifetime is a one-time payment for perpetual local Pro access on up to 3 Macs. It is not a subscription and does not renew. You also receive updates to those core Pro features for as long as we offer the Mac app.

Pro+ adds a monthly cloud AI credit budget on top of local Pro. Lifetime includes a one-time trial AI credit grant; it does not renew. Optional one-time credit packs add more AI budget on your account. Lifetime is not replaced by Pro+. We will not move existing Pro desktop features you already paid for behind a new paywall.

One Pro entitlement applies per Glisio account. Buying Lifetime on an account with an active Pro+ plan starts Lifetime immediately and cancels that subscription so you are not billed again. Already-paid Pro+ credits remain until that billing period ends, then they expire. A Lifetime holder cannot also keep Pro+ on the same account.

Subscriptions and billing

Purchases and subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. You must be signed in to a Glisio account to check out. Pro+ can be cancelled from glisio.com/dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation. Refunds follow Lemon Squeezy's refund policy.

Account deletion

You may delete your Glisio account from the dashboard. That schedules deletion. You stay signed in and can undo until the permanent-delete date. This is separate from Cancel Pro+. Pro+ is cancelled with Lemon Squeezy so future invoices stop. Prepaid access lasts until the current period ends. Lifetime already on a Mac stays. Permanent deletion is the later of 30 days after the request or that Pro+ end. Then we delete Glisio account data and leftover AI credits. Lemon Squeezy may retain invoices and tax records where required by law. After permanent deletion, paid entitlements return only through Recover or purchase evidence, not by signing in with the same email. We do not automatically refund Lifetime or unused credits. Deleting your account does not delete recordings on your devices.

Your content

You retain all rights to recordings and exports you create. Glisio processes media locally on your device and does not claim ownership of your content.
